Sweet Potato Soup with Jalapeño corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1-½ tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp minced jalapeño peppers
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh coriander
  • ¼ cup minced red pepper
  • 1 cup corn kernels , thawed
