Avgolemono Soup


  • 4 lemon - juiced
  • 2 teaspoon(s) lemon pepper
  • 3 chicken breasts - boneless, skinless
  • 2 cup(s) basmatti and wild rice or any small pasta such as orzo
  • 12 cup(s) chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 eggs
