Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

• SAUCE:
• ½ cup(s) onion, minced
• 1 cup(s) ketchup
• 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
• 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
• ½ teaspoon(s) tobasco sauce (or more to taste)
• CHICKEN:

• • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 large sandwich buns
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
  • olive oil

In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and cook until soft, 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining sauce ingredients, stir and cook for 5 minutes. Turn heat to low.
