Barbecue Sauce for Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) salt
  • ½ teaspoon(s) sage
  • 1 teaspoon(s) parsley
  • 1 teaspoon(s) rosemary
  • ½ cup(s) oil
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) vinegar

Mix altogether and marinate chicken halves or pieces about 8 hours or overnight. This is enough for 2 large chickens. Reserve a little bit of the sauce for basting as the chicken grills (before you add the chicken.) This sauce can also be used on top round for London broil.
