  • 1 pound(s) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can(s) (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 4 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Grill Mates® Barbecue Seasoning
  • ¼ cup(s) sliced red onion
  • 2 cup(s) shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, divided
