Beer Can Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 (4 pound) whole chicken
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves whole garlic
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer
- ¼ – 1 /2 cup salsa
- 2-3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning run (recipe below)
- 2 tablespoon paprika

- 1-½ teaspoons ground white pepper
- 1-½ teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano
