Ingredients

  • 1 (4 pound) whole chicken
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves whole garlic
  • 1 (12 ounce) can beer
  • ¼ – 1 /2 cup salsa
  • 2-3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning run (recipe below)
  • 2 tablespoon paprika
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 1-½ teaspoons ground white pepper
    • 1-½ teaspoons ground black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • 2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1 teaspoon oregano
