  • 1 cup bottled low-sodium salsa (such as Green Mountain Gringo)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

    • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1 ripe peeled avocado, cut into 16 slices
    • ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
    • ¼ cup fat-free sour cream

    • Cooking spray
    • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
    • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
