Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

• 6 oz (180 ml) Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce (or hot sauce of your choice)
• 6 tbs (90 gm) unsalted butter
• 4 oz (120ml) honey
• 4 slices of a thick bread like sourdough
• 4 oz (113 gm) cooked chicken thigh meat pulled and shredded
• 4 oz (113 gm) yellow American cheese
• 1 oz (28 gm) gorgonzola crumbled (or bleu cheese)
