Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (1 1/2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Colby-Jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (10-ounce) package torn romaine lettuce
  • Cooking spray
  • 3 (6-inch) corn tortillas, cut into 1/4-inch strips
