  • 2 skinless and boneless chicken breast halves
  • salt
  • Salsa
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves

    • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
