  • 2 3-pound chickens

  • 0.25 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice

    • 0.5 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
    • 0.25 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
