Chicken Marinated in Garlic, Chilies and Citrus Juices
Ingredients
- 3 2 3/4- to 3-pound chickens, halved, backbone removed
- ½ cup olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- ¼ cup ground pasilla chilies
- 2 tablespoons ground ancho chilies
- 1 tablespoon canned chipotle chilies
- + 2 more ingredients

- 1/3 cup orange juice
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
Whisk oil, orange and lime juices, ground and canned chilies and garlic in 15x10x2-inch baking dish to blend. Mix in onion. Add chicken halves and turn to coat.
