Chicken Tenders Satay with Peanut Dipping Sauces
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Red Curry Peanut Sauce
- Cooking spray

Combine sugar and next 6 ingredients in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Cut chicken tenders in half lengthwise; add to plastic bag. Seal and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours. Prepare grill.
