Chicken Tikka Massala Skewers


  • 4 tbsp Massala paste
  • 2 tbsp mango chutney
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 120 g Philadelphia Light with Garlic & Herbs
  • 4 chicken breasts cut into chunks
  • salad to serve

Combine the 90g Philly, Lemon juice and Massala paste in a large bowl, add the chicken and mix well to coat thoroughly. Marinate overnight or for as long as possible.
