Creamy White Chili

Ingredients

• 1 c sour cream
• 1 t salt
• ½ t pepper
• 1 t cumin
• 1 (4-ounce) can green chiles
• 1 (14-ounce can) corn
• 1 lb grilled chicken, cubed
• + 7 more ingredients
• • 1 (14-ounce) can chicken broth
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans Great Northern beans
  • 1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 T oil
  • ½ c whipping cream

1. In a large pan, heat oil and saute onions and garlic. Add beans, chicken, broth, corn, chiles, cumin, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, uncovered. 2. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and whipping cream. Serve immediately. Serves 6 to 8.
