Easy Rosemary Roasted Chicken

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

In a small bowl whisk all of the marinade ingredients. Cut the chicken into six pieces: two breast halves, two whole legs (thigh and drumstick), and two wings (remove and discard the wing tips).
