  • 3 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon(s) yellow onion - diced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) garlic - chopped (about 2 cloves)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tablespoon(s) cilantro - chopped
  • ²/₃ cup(s) seasoned rice wine vinegar
