  • 6 sprigs cilantro leaves, for garnish (optional)
  • 6 Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/3 cup tequila
  • + 15 more ingredients
    • 3 limes, juiced
    • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    • Chicken:
    • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    • 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
    • 2 ripe tomatoes, diced and drained
    • 1 (4.5 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
    • ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
    • 1 small red onion, chopped
    • 1 (15.5 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
    • 1 (15.5 ounce) can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
    • 1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    • Texas Bean Salsa:

1. To make the salsa, mix the black beans, black-eyed peas, corn, red onion, bell pepper, chiles, and tomatoes together in a bowl.
