Garlic Caesar Salad

Ingredients

• ½ cup(s) mayonnaise
• ¼ cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
• anchovy fillets, mashed
• 1 package(s) (10 ounces) torn Romaine lettuce
• McCormick® Black Peppercorn Grinder
• McCormick® California Style Minced Garlic made from Fresh Garlic

• • ½ teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) milk
  • 1 cup(s) croutons

1. Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, anchovies, garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl until well blended. Stir in milk. Refrigerate dressing until ready to use. 2.
