Glazed Chicken and Gruyere Panini with Peach Aioli


  • Extra virgin olive oil for brushing on ciabatta bread for grilling

  • 8 slice Gruyere cheese
  • Basting glaze (recipe follows)

    • 8 slice of ciabatta bread
    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
