Grilled Asian Five-Spice Chicken
Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 (3 1/2-pound) chicken
- 3 shallots, halved
- 3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
