Grilled Brined Chicken Breasts with Herbs
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, about 6 oz. each
- ¼ cup(s) salt, preferably without additives
- 1 tablespoon(s) molasses OR ¼ cup brown sugar (optional)
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive or canola oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) finely chopped fresh tarragon, oregano or other herb
