Grilled Chicken and Potato Foil Packs

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sliced button mushrooms
  • 2 large green bell pepper, cut into ¼ inch strips
  • 2 large onions, cut into ¼ inch thick slices
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into ¼-inch slices
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
    • ½ teaspoon dried basil
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
