Grilled Chicken Breast With Corn And Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon diced basil
  • 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 finely diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoon chopped jalapeno chili
  • 1-¼ cup cooked fresh corn kernels
  • 6 Roma tomatoes, cored and seeded

    • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    • 3 thyme
    • 2 rosemary
    • 2 cloves garlic minced
    • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
    • ½ cup olive oil
    • 6 chicken breast halves
