Grilled Chicken Breast with Tomato-Tarragon Sauce


  • 3 tablespoons fresh tarragon
  • 1 ¾ cups tomato
  • 2 ½ tablespoons olive oil (preferably extra-virgin)
  • 2 boneless chicken breast halves with skin
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons minced garlic
  • Fresh tarragon sprigs
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
