Grilled Chicken Breats


  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned
  • 3-½ T white wine vinegar
  • 2 t honey
  • ¼ t coarse salt
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 t dijon mustard
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1-¼ T fresh thyme
    • ½ t crushed red pepper flakes

Place the chicken breasts in a folded piece of plastic wrap; slightly flatten upper portion of each breast with a chefs knife or mallet. Place breasts in a shallow dish.
