Grilled Chicken Ciabatta Sandwiches

Ingredients

• ¾ cup(s) mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon(s) lemon zest
• 3 tablespoon(s) fresh basil - chopped
• 6 ounce(s) marinated mozzarella cheese, sliced thin (or plain fresh mozzarella)
• 2 chicken breasts - seasoned with lemon pepper
• 4 ounce(s) mozzarella cheese - sliced thin
• 1 ciabatta bread loaf, sliced in half the long way
