Grilled Chicken Moroccan Style

- ¼ cup minced fresh parsley
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 chicken legs
- 4 large chicken breast halves with skin and ribs, cut crosswise in half
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
