Grilled Chicken Quesadillas


  • 4 flour tortillas (8 inch size)
  • Sour cream, if desired
  • 1 cup(s) Mexican cheese blend, shredded
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup(s) chicken, cooked, diced
  • ¼ cup(s) ranch dressing
  • 2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
