Grilled Chicken Salad

Ingredients

chicken
2 boneless Chicken breasts
1 medium red onion, cut in 1/4-inch slices
1 T crumbled Bleu cheese
6 c mixed salad greens
1 medium tomato, cored and wedged
Marinade

- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 t dried basil
- 4 T lemon juice
- 2 clove cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- Dressing
- 3 T balsamic vinegar
- 2 t chopped fresh basil
- 2 clove cloves garlic crushed
- 5 T extra virgin oil
