Grilled Chicken Salad with Balsamic Honey Vinaigrette

Ingredients

• ½ cup(s) sliced cucumbers
• medium bell pepper, cut in thin strips
• 1 cup(s) cherry or grape tomatoes
• 1 bag (10 ounces) mixed salad greens
• McCormick® Black Peppercorn Grinder
• 3 tablespoon(s) minced shallots
• ¼ cup(s) extra virgin olive oil

• • 1 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Cumin, Ground
  • 2 ½ tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
  • 8 ounce(s) grilled boneless chicken breasts, cut in thin strips
  • ½ cup(s) red onion slices, separated into rings
  • 1 tablespoon(s) honey
