Ingredients

  • 12 skinless boneless chicken thighs (about 3 pounds)
  • Sticky Rice
  • Seasoned Nori Wrappers
  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger
  • 4 large garlic cloves

Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic in large bowl. DO AHEAD Can be made 2 hours ahead. Let stand at room temperature. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
