Grilled Chicken with Hot and Sweet Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup rice vinegar
- Hot and sweet dipping sauce:
- 1 teaspoon Thai fish sauce

- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 6 garlic
- 4 tablespoon black peppercorns
- Peppercorn-coriander flavor paste:
- 4 tablespoon peppercorn-coriander flavor paste (recipe follows)
- 3 tablespoon Thai fish sauce
- 4 split chicken breasts, bone-in and skin on (about 3 pounds)
- Chicken:
Place peppercorn-coriander paste in large bowl; stir in fish sauce and blend well. Add chicken to marinade and turn to coat.
