  • 1 tablespoon minced seeded jalapeño pepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • Dash of crushed red pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
