Grilled Chicken with Orange Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts - boneless, skinless
  • 6 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter - divided
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon(s) salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • 1 shallot - minced
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) orange juice
    • 5 teaspoon(s) white wine vinegar

Bring orange juice, shallot, vinegar and sugar to a boil. Stir to dissolve the rugar, reduce heat and simmer for approximately 15 minutes or until the sauce reduces to 1/3 cup.
