Grilled Chicken with Pasta, Sun-dried Tomatoes, and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 6 basil leaves - fresh and chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
- 8 ounce(s) baby bella mushrooms - sliced
- ½ cup(s) sun-dried tomatoes - packed in oil, drained and chopped
- 2 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts - grilled and sliced into bite size pieces
- 8 ounce(s) short noodle pasta such as penne or macaroni
