Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 jalapeno chile, chopped (seeds and ribs removed for less heat, if desired)
  • ¼ cup raw green pumpkin seeds
  • 1 ½ cups packed chopped romaine lettuce (2 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
