  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup bourbon
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce

    • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
    • 4 (4-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
    • 1 tablespoon water
