  • 2 pound(s) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    • ¼ cup(s) mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon(s) lime juice
    • lime - zested
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 small jalapeño - chopped
    • 4 borillo rolls - split and toasted on the grill
    • 4 slice(s) muenster cheese
    • ¼ cup(s) peach marmalade
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • ½ cup(s) orange juice
    • 1 cup(s) onion - chopped
    • ½ cup(s) fresh oregano leaves
    • ½ teaspoon(s) seasoning salt
    • ½ teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
    • 1 jalapeño - stemmed and seeded
