  • 1 large red or green bell pepper, cut into large chunks
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime peel
  • 2 medium red or yellow onions, quartered
  • Flour tortillas, warmed
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro

    • 1 pound boneless beef top round sirloin steak or boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
