Ingredients

  • 1 large shallot
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pound red-skinned potatoes
  • ¾ cup fresh dill
  • 3 teaspoons grated lemon peel

    • 10 tablespoons olive oil
    • 4 large skinless boneless chicken breast halves
    • 1 pound medium zucchini
    • 1 cup pitted large green Sicilian olives or other brine-cured green olives
