Grilled Mandarin Curry Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 6 tortillas - any variety
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 stalk(s) celery - chopped
  • 3 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
  • 1 cup(s) mayonnaise - non-fat
  • ½ cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup(s) chicken stock - or vegetable stock
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 4 scallions - green onions, green and white parts, chopped
    • 1 cup(s) pine nuts or pumpkin seeds, toasted
    • lemon - juiced, zested
    • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
    • ¼ cup(s) sweet mango chutney or Major Grey's Chutney
    • 3 tablespoon(s) curry powder
    • 1/3 cup(s) craisins
