Grilled Mexican Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 pound) whole chicken, quartered
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
