- 4 medium boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1. lb.)
- 1 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
- 12 large basil leaves
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 thin slices prosciutto (preferably imported)
