Grilled Split Chicken with Rosemary and Garlic
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Cooking spray
- 1 (3 1/2-pound) chicken
- ½ cup low-fat buttermilk
