  • 1 (3 1/2-pound) chicken
  • ½ cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
