Grilled Tamarind Chicken Tacos

  • 1 Tbs. ground coriander
  • 3 medium cloves garlic, crushed
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 12.5-oz. bottle tamarind soda (such as Jarritos brand)
  • Sea salt
  • 2 tsp. pure chile powder, such as ancho
  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 2 lb.)
