Grilled Tuna Kebabs


  • ½ teaspoon(s) dried red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup(s) chicken stock
  • 1 green onion - chopped, white and green portions
  • 2 clove(s) garlic - minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh ginger - minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tuna steaks, approximately 1 inch thick
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • cherry tomatoes
    • 3 tablespoon(s) tamarind sauce
