Grilled Turmeric and Lemongrass Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoons fish sauce (such as nuoc nam or nam pla)
- 1 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 3 pounds whole chicken wings
- 3 shallots
- 2 jalapeños
