Honey-Lime Grilled Chicken
- 4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
- ½ cup honey
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup lime juice
Combine first 3 ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag; add chicken, turning to coat. Seal bag and chill 30 minutes. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Cook chicken, without grill lid, over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°) 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until done.
