Lemon and Sage Chicken

Ingredients

• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 large garlic cloves, grated
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 (4-pound) roasting chicken
• 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
• ¹/₃ cup fresh lemon juice
• ¼ cup minced fresh sage leaves
